Terms of Use

These conditions govern every visit, search, and use of material on Bradley County Criminal History. Continuing to use the website means that you accept all terms below. If you disagree with them, do not use the site.

NO FCRA USE. Bradley County Criminal History is privately operated and has no connection to a local, Tennessee, or federal government body. This website and its advertising partners do not provide a service for credit decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance eligibility, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The resource identifies criminal-record channels in Bradley County and Tennessee. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal files nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or submits documents for a visitor.

Its material identifies the Bradley County sheriff, criminal courts, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation repository, and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may aid research. Tennessee government-record access is governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-501 through 10-7-516, including the access and exception provisions in §§ 10-7-503 and 10-7-504.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Every user agrees not to:

  • Operate a bot, scraper, or other automated process against the pages
  • Threaten, stalk, or harass another person with information found here
  • Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access
  • Use site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
  • Seek unauthorized entry to any system or account
  • Violate a federal, Tennessee, or local law while using the site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No user may employ information from this site or a linked tool to intimidate, stalk, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Tennessee's registry law, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 40-39-201 through 40-39-218, governs Tennessee Sex Offender Registry information and violations. Misuse can result in criminal or civil consequences. Registry data serves community safety and does not authorize vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Our advertising partners do not offer their linked services here for evaluating job applicants, rental applications, insurance eligibility, or creditworthiness. Information from this website or a linked tool must not be used to:

  • Set insurance terms or assess creditworthiness
  • Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
  • Make a hiring or termination decision
  • Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government program
  • Carry out any other activity regulated by the FCRA

A lawful check for a regulated purpose must come through the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation's authorized process or an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

Site material is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a warrant, charge, conviction, or expungement rule applies to an individual matter. Seek advice from a Tennessee-licensed attorney for that analysis.

6. No Warranties

All content and functions are supplied "as is." We make no promise that:

  • Partner search results will be accurate or complete
  • Every page will be free of bugs, errors, or security weaknesses
  • Information will always be complete, accurate, or current
  • The website will remain available without interruption

Criminal files change when charges are filed, dismissed, sealed, or expunged, so gaps and stale details can occur. No statement here is an official declaration by a court, sheriff, or other government agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Outbound links may lead to courts, sheriffs, Tennessee agencies, legal-aid organizations, or outside search providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, data practices, pricing, or availability. Read the destination's own terms before using it.

8. Intellectual Property

Bradley County Criminal History or its content partners own the text, graphics, logos, and code presented here. Written permission is required before copying, changing, distributing, or creating derivative material from that content.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the site, its information, or a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, actions, or demands caused by your use of the website or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Tennessee law governs these terms. Any dispute related to use of this website must be brought in a court located in Tennessee.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these conditions. A revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may restrict or end access at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be adjusted only as far as necessary to make it enforceable.

15. Questions

Questions concerning these conditions may be submitted through the Contact page.
